The front of the house faces south so you are guaranteed sunshine all through the day from east to west.It looks onto the hills of Cablanque national park and on the other side of these hills lies the beautiful 5kms of golden sand of this national park as it meets the Mediterranean sea.It looks like the coastline of Cornwall. At the rear is private access to a communal pool which is totally secluded and private . Nearby is the charming fishing village of Cabo De Palas with its wonderful fish restaurants on the harbour wall. The famous La Manga club is under 10 minutes away with its three championship golf courses and 12 football pitches frequently used for training by the top European football clubs. The area is surrounded by good restaurants and has the old historic naval town of Cartagena 20 minutes away.The Capital of the region Murcia is lees than an hour away and worth a visit to see it's Moor,s heritage with the cathedral and the casino well worth a special visit. The Mar Menor is ideal for watersports such as sailing,diving, windurfing and has wonderful safe beaches ideal for children.Should you get bored with these just go the other side and you get the Mediterranean beaches!!!
